It is also the sole strategic partner of J&C Co., Ltd. (Japan) in China. Imple Environmental Technology focuses on improving cleaner production in workshops across various industries. Its high-suction dust collection systems are designed to control dust generated during grinding and polishing processes, enhancing workshop cleanliness and helping protect workers’ health. Its integrated wastewater treatment systems provide harmless treatment of wastewater produced during manufacturing. The treated water meets local discharge standards and can be reused as reclaimed water to replace conventional industrial water and for municipal non-potable applications, enabling true resource recovery and recycling of wastewater.

Car Wash Wastewater Treatment and Recycling System

We modernise car wash wastewater treatment with innovative technology. Our wastewater treatment and recycling system operates safely and efficiently, with fast processing, a compact footprint, and stable performance. It removes oil and grease, sludge and sediment, and surfactants and other dissolved organics from car wash detergents—reducing odour in recycled water and softening the water. The treated water avoids secondary pollution, meets reclaimed-water reuse requirements, and complies with local discharge standards. With a recycling rate of 98%+, it is a preferred water-saving solution for the car wash industry.

Each system is engineered and customised based on the customer’s requirements and the wastewater volume generated on site, ensuring satisfaction across different car wash operations.
